Illinois Public Museum Grants Program Final Report Forms
Public museums that receive Operating Grants are required to submit a Final Report.
A standardized form is provided with your Project Agreement. The report requires an
original signature by a designated museum official and is due 30 days after the close
of the Project Agreement term for the current fiscal year.
- The Project Agreement timeline for FY02 operating grants begins March 1, 2002 and
closes June 30, 2003.
- The Final Report is due in the ISM grants office by July 31, 2003.
