Museums do more than exhibit artifacts and taxidermied animals. Behind the scenes, there are people seeking to answer some of science's most difficult questions. The Illinois State Museum's scientists are on the cutting edge of research into climate change, species extinction, habitat ecology, and ancient civilizations. Students are invited to work with these world-renowned scientists in their labs and to learn how they are advancing what we know about our world.
Registration required by Tuesday, January 28. For additional information and registration, click the button below. This program is generously funded by Carrol C. Hall, long-time Springfield High School teacher & co-founder of Horace Mann Insurance Company.
