Kids Unplugged: 1800s Fun & Games Kids' Night Out

Children living in the 1800s often had to work hard, but after the chores were done it was time to play. Learn how kids had fun before video games and television. Participants will explore the At Home in the Heartland exhibition, play old games, and make their own toy. 6:30-9:30 pm Ages 6-10 Members: $20 for 1 child, $15 for each additional child Non-members: $35 for 1 child, $30 for each additional child
Kids' Night Out is a new quarterly program for children ages 6-10. Participants will enjoy a fun Friday night full of hands-on learning, games, art projects, a snack, and time in the Play Museum while their parents enjoy their own night out (or perhaps in).
