Dick Blick Sunday: New Products and Demonstrations

Come learn about the latest products being offered by Dick Blick Art Supplies on Sunday, July 26, 2015, at the ISM Lockport Gallery. ISMLG is partnering with Blick in Wheaton for this fun and informational afternoon. Blick representatives will be at the Museum to offer a special demonstration of Windsor and Newton watercolors. Three time slots for the repeated session are available and RSVPs are required. The first session is at 1:00 pm; then is repeated at 2:30pm and at 4:00 pm. Dick Blick Art Materials was founded in 1911 by Dick and Grace Blick in Galesburg, Illinois. Today, Blick is in its third generation of family ownership and is the largest and oldest provider of art supplies in the United States.

The Illinois State Museum Lockport Gallery is located on the first floor of the historic Norton Building at 201 West 10th Street in Lockport, Illinois, and is fully accessible to all physically challenged individuals. Museum hours are noon to 5:00 pm on Sunday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Museum is closed Saturdays and State holidays. Admission is free.
