Tot Time: Fun for Tots & their Big People

At Dickson Mounds on Thursday, August 6, 2015, at 9:30 a.m., the Tot Time program will be “Animal Friends”. Members of the Fulton County 4-H Club will show a variety of animals. Tots may learn about the animals’ habits and how to care for them. Tots and their caretakers may also enjoy making their own craft to take home.

Admission is free and registration is not required. Light refreshments will be served. Groups of eight or more should call the Museum in advance to ensure the availability of supplies. The 2015 Tot Time program series is sponsored by Better Banks of Astoria, Bistro 101, Cass Communications, Cook Medical, Davis Buick GMC, Davis Ford, G-M Mechanical, Havana National Bank, MidAmerica National Bank, and Vaughn’s Plumbing, Heating & A/C. The Illinois State Museum - Dickson Mounds is located between Lewistown and Havana off Illinois Routes 78 and 97. The museum is open free to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day.
