Fragile Relations: Art, Nature and Environment - ISM Museums and Galleries
All our exibitions are organized and developed by our curatorial staff and participation in an exhibition is by invitation of the curators. Fragile Relations: Art, Nature and Environment
Fragile Relations: Art, Nature and Environment highlights the work of thirteen Illinois artists who focus on issues relating to the environment both external and internal. Artists include: Denise Bellezzo, prints; Barbara Cooper, sculpture; Jeff Crisman, pinhole photography; Mary Ellen Crouteau, mixed media; Marjorie David, digital images; Donna Hapac, sculpture; Carole Komarek, sculpture; Nora Lloyd, photography; Alex Lopez, installation; Xavier Nuez, photography; Jean Sousa, photography; Michele Stutts, mixed media; and Toby Zallman, sculpture. The artists are inspired by the environment and concerned about the future. Exhibition will be on display from October 2, 2012 through February 1, 2013.
Opening reception: Friday, October 5, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
