Illinois State Museum Chicago Gallery The Illinois State Museum Chicago Gallery exhibits and promotes the work of contemporary and historical Illinois artists. The changing exhibition schedule presents Illinois art to a statewide as well as a national and international audience. The Illinois Artisans, Chicago
Established in 1985, was the first shop of its kind in the state, showcasing one of the most diverse collections of handcrafted work in the Midwest. The Shop is located on the 2nd Floor of the James R. Thompson Center in downtown Chicago, adjacent to the Illinois ISM Chicago Gallery.
