Mackinaw

Early Archaic or Middle Woodland (8000 B.C.-200 A.D.) Mackinaw biface. Mackinaw points (similar to the Early Archaic Lost Lake points) are found throughout much of the southeastern United States. This point is somewhat of a puzzle because it also has classic Middle Woodland characteristics.
