Super Saturdays at the Museum: All About Birds

Come learn about birds with bird crafts and activities. At 11:00 am and 1:00 pm join us in the auditorium for a special performance as John James Audubon, portrayed by Brian "Fox" Ellis, shares adventures from his first trek through Illinois. At 2:30 pm, Mr. Audubon will offer a special tour through the Museum. Click to press release for additional information.
The Super Saturday series is sponsored by the Bank of Springfield. Bring the Whole Family to Super Saturdays! Super Saturdays offer free, thematic activities each month. Held on the second Saturday of each month, Super Saturdays are especially recommended for children ages 4-8. Activities are ongoing from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, take 30 to 40 minutes to complete, and feature take-home crafts. Parents and families are encouraged to participate.
