Pioneer Program for Kids!

Dickson Mounds Museum is hosting a pioneer program for kids ages 5-12 years old on Saturday, November 5, 2011 from 1:00-2:30pm. Participants will spend the afternoon learning about pioneer times. From chores to games and toys, participants will enjoy hands-on activities, crafts, and fun like it is the 1800s.
The cost for this program is $2 per kid. Registration is required with a deadline of Wednesday, November 2nd. Refreshments will be provided during a brief break. This program is a collaborative effort between Dickson Mounds Museum, the Fulton County Arts Council, and the Spoon River Reads project. The Fulton County Arts Council is partially funded by the Illinois Arts Council, a state agency.
