Hickory Ridge Concert Series: Paul Fotsch

  • Location: ISM Dickson Mounds Museum, Lewistown
  • Date: Saturday, April 16, 2011, 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Hickory Ridge Concert Series will ring with the sounds of old time music from the Ozark Mountains when Paul Fotsch takes the stage Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 7:30 PM at the Dickson Mounds Museum.  Paul has been a professional performer for over 25 years touring all across North America.  With musical roots in the Ozarks and the Appalachians and reaching back through his early influences of the Kingston Trio and  Folk Revival, Paul will present a wide variety of songs and styles that will get your toes tappin’ and bring a smile to your face.

Paul Fotsch, formerly Paul Grace, is best known as one of the founders of the Paul and Win Grace Family band, perennial favorites of the folk festival scene for many years.  With the girls grown and gone from the nest Paul is now hitting the road as a soloist showcasing his versatile high-energy vocal and instrumental skills on fiddle, guitar, mandolin, and harmonica.  From silly songs to peppy fiddle tunes to lovely ballads, there’s sure to be something for everyone.
