Cyclonaias tuberculata (Purple Wartyback)
The interior of the purple wartyback mussel shell has purple nacre or white nacre tinged with purple. The pseudocardinal teeth are large. The lateral teeth are short and straight. The beak cavity is very deep in this thick shell.
