Dalea candida (White Prairie Clover)
This specimen of White Prairie Clover shows a branching stem with flower spikes. Flowers bloom from the bottom to the top of each spike from late spring through summer. The plant grows up to 2 1/2 feet tall in dry to mesic prairies. Leaves consist of three to nine leaflets.
