Harold Anchel (1912 - 1980)

Harold Anchel was a member of the graphics division of the New York WPA Fine Arts Program. He studied art at the Art Students' League and the National Academy of Design.
The artist made this lithograph by drawing on the plate with a grease pencil, creating a pencil-like texture. The artist achieved delicate shading.
