Super Saturdays in A Place for Discovery : Unearthing Springfield

Springfield is full of history and although many of these historic sites no longer exist, archeological searches reveal a lot about Springfield during Lincoln's time. Come and learn about the excavations of Springfield and all their unearthed discoveries!
Bring the Whole Family to Super Saturdays in APFD!
Super Saturdays offer free, thematic activities each month in A Place for Discovery. Held on the second Saturday of each month, Super Saturdays are especially recommended for children ages 4-8.
Activities are ongoing from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, take 30 to 45 minutes to complete, and feature take-home crafts. Parents and families are encouraged to participate. Registration is not required for this activity.
