Story Time at the Museum: Lots of Legs

  • Location: Illinois State Museum, Springfield, Springfield
  • Date: Monday, July 13, 2015, 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM

Lady bugs, centipedes, spiders, and butterflies all have at least six legs or more. Listen to stories and sing songs about insects, arachnids, and more.

Join us the second Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m. for a program designed for preschool children ages 3-5 and their caregivers. Story Time will feature engaging stories and the chance for children to see and learn about objects from the Museum’s collections. The program  lasts 30-40 minutes. Registration is not required. Free and open to the public. For more information contact Elizabeth Bazan at ebazan@museum.state.il.us or (217) 782-5993. Story Time is sponsored by Bank of Springfield.
