Venustaconcha ellipsiformis (Ellipse)
The interior of the ellipse mussel shell has white nacre that is iridescent at the posterior end. The heavy, triangular pseudocardinal teeth are roughened and divergent. The lateral teeth are short and thick. The beak cavity is shallow.
