Plethoblasus cooperianus (Orange-foot Pimpleback)
The interior of the orange-foot pimpleback mussel shell has white nacre that is usually pink or salmon near the beak cavity and is iridescent at the posterior end. The pseudocardinal teeth are well developed. The lateral teeth are short and can be straight or curved. the beak cavity is very deep.
