Megalonaias nervosa (Washboard)
The interior of the washboard mussel shell has posteriorly iridescent white nacre, often marked with blotches of purple or copper. The pseudocardinal teeth are serrated. Lateral teeth are straight or lightly curved. The beak cavity is relatively deep.
