Cumberlandia monodonta (Spectaclecase)
The interior of the spectaclecase mussel shell has white nacre that is iridescent on the posterior quarter of the adult shell. The pseudocardinal tooth appears as a small knob or nodule. The lateral teeth are absent or poorly developed. The beak cavity is rather shallow.
