Utetheisa bella (Bella Moth)

The Bella Moth has pink and yellow coloring, with forewings marked with rows of tiny black spots and the hindwings rimmed with an irregular black border. The wingspan is from 1 to 1.7 inches.

Adults fly during the day. There are two broods per year in northern areas, more farther south. The larval host plants include legumes and elm and cherry trees.
