Coreopsis tripteris (Tall Coreopsis)
This specimen of Tall Coreopsis shows the top of the plant where flower heads branch off the main stem (with the restof the main stem folded upward).
Tall Coeropsis can grow up to eight feet tall. It grows well in moist to mesic prairies.
