	> Thesoneura americana Thesoneura americana ISM 14876 coin = 19mm (~0.75 in.) This is the wing of the insect Thesoneura americana. It is a member of the extinct group of large insect called the Palaeodictyoptera; this group is related to modern mayflies and dragonflies. This specimen is the holotype.
